About Us

Our company director, Shannel McNee’s journey, began way back when she was an undergraduate studying at university. As with all the best stories, her introduction into property investment was a unique one. 

 

Shannel was looking to make extra money to support herself outside the usual table waiting. She found herself sitting across the table from a family member who had made all the right decisions in life. He had amassed an impressive property portfolio. As she listened to him discuss the difficulties of property management, she made an ‘off the cuff’ suggestion.

 

“Why don’t you pay me to do it?” Little did she know that one sentence would change the trajectory of her life forever Fast forward 10 years…

 

Principal Lets was built after gaining priceless knowledge and experience from working side by side with a great property investor. She found herself single handedly responsible for his entire life savings and hard work. 

 

Knowing that she would be sitting across the table from him, at every family birthday party, for the rest of her life, meant she had to make it a success. 

 

Shannel was able to tap into his knowledge and build a hugely successful property management business. And so Principal Investment Lets was born.
